Election of Officers and Board Members will be conducted at the February 25, 2026 meeting. If you are interested in a position submit your name to the secretary, Donna Heacock (Classychassycruisers@gmail.com or call 319-331-6109) by February 24, 2026, so your name will be on the ballot for the 25th. Positions are: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, three Board members (if no one runs for Treasurer the Secretary will assume the position and we then will elect four Board members.)

     Iowa City Hospice is a 501(c)(3)nonprofit organization that has brought compassionate care to Eastern Iowa for more than 40 years. 

CLASSY CHASSY CRUISERS HAD A BUSY 2025 YEAR

            Thank you to team members who put a lot of their time, effort, worked hard and assisted with our events!. We did  Six Friday Night Cruise In’s, one Car Show (Kalona) and 20 Show n’ Shine Car Shows. We raised and were able to donate $10,000.00 to Iowa City Hospice for 2025 year! November 12, 2025, a check was presented to the Executive Director of  Iowa City Hospice, Sara Kreiger (click on pictures to get full picture)

Since 2004-2022 current CCC has donated 775 lbs of pop tabs to the Ronald McDonald House!

CCC has also raised a total of $2320.00 to donate to the Ronald McDonald House.

Classy Chassy Cruisers presented a check for $9,000.00 to Iowa City Hospice at the general meeting November 20, 2024. Sara Krieger, CEO, Iowa City Hospice expressed her appreciation and gratitude to the Classychassycruisers Car Club. 2024 CCC member held five Friday Night Cruise In's (April it stormed) and 25 Car Shows and show n shines and collected $9.000.00 for Iowa City Hospice through Registration, 50/50, and donations.

CCC is Collecting "beverage tabs" for Ronald McDonald House, Iowa City.  Members are asked to bring beverage tabs to any CCC meeting or event and give it to Donna or Mark Heacock.

IOWA CITY HOSPICE HONORED CLASSY CHASSY CRUISERS

Iowa City Hospice has been the main charity served by Classy Chassy cruisers Car Club since 2006. Their members and sponsors have provided unwavering support of our services and have raised over $48,000 to help us fulfill our mission.

There really aren’t words that can fully capture the immense gratitude we have for these incredible people, but it was our great privilege to honor them on Monday night, June 17, 2024  as a Legacy Donor.

At the November 15th Classy Chassy Cruiser meeting the 2023 Charity Gift for Hospice in the amount of $7,000.00 was presented to Sara Krieger, Chief Executive Officer Iowa City Hospice/ Visiting Nurse Association of Johnson County. Sara gave a summary of Iowa City Hospice, mentioning the name is misleading, because they serve all the counties surrounding Johnson county. She gave Classy Chassy Cruisers a BIG Thank you! “Thank you again for your support to Iowa City Hospice. We feel honored that you choose us as your charity to support. This money will make a big difference in the lives of many people in our community.

DRUM ROLL PLEASE!   Since 2006 Classy Chassy Cruisers have donated $48,278.64 to Hospice

     In 2015, the members of Classy Chassy Cruisers voted Hospice of Iowa City as their permanent Non-Profit Charity of Choice. Since 2006 through current day, the total amount donated to Hospice of Iowa City through proceeds of Registration Fees, 50/50 ticket sales, along with excess donations.

     CCC Friday Night Cruise-In Participants and CCC Members who participate, and register are asked to donate a $1.00 or "Free Will" Donation for Iowa City Hospice as an entry fee.  Monetary donations for registration will be given at the end of the year to Iowa City Hospice

     Classy Chassy Cruisers is very proud of its members and honored to be able to serve the Corridor community for the past 21 years!
